The Neofort BIZ Project — New Nordic-Style House, Berceni, Bucharest
Berceni is a sector in full transformation — new individual houses with modern or Scandinavian-Nordic architecture, young homeowners with high expectations for energy efficiency and technology.
This house, completed in 2025, chose Salamander BluEvolution 92 as the main PVC profile — the right decision for a project combining nZEB standard with a fully integrated smart home system.
