1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to recognise you on subsequent visits and remember certain preferences or actions.

2. Cookies we use

Neofort BIZ uses two categories of cookies: (A) Strictly necessary technical cookie — cookie_ok (localStorage): remembers whether you confirmed the cookie banner. Persistent until manually deleted. No personal data. (B) Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_20PR5SV2XC): activated ONLY after accepting the banner. Store anonymous data: pages visited, traffic source, session duration, device type. No personally identifiable data collected. Expire after 2 years. Operator: Google LLC, USA, certified under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Third-party cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) exclusively for anonymous traffic statistics — activated ONLY after accepting the cookie banner. Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity and any advertising or remarketing services are not integrated. No other third party places cookies through our website.

4. Session vs. persistent cookies

The cookie_ok cookie is persistent (stored in localStorage) and remains on your device until you manually delete it from your browser. We do not use session cookies that expire when the browser is closed.

5. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings: Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies; Firefox: Options → Privacy → Cookies; Safari: Preferences → Privacy; Edge: Settings → Cookies. Deleting the cookie_ok cookie will cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit.

6. Consent

On your first visit, a cookie banner is displayed. By clicking "Accept", you confirm the use of the technical cookie and Google Analytics 4 cookies. Before acceptance, Google Analytics is completely disabled (Consent Mode v2 — analytics_storage: denied). The site functions normally without accepting the banner — only the technical cookie cookie_ok is active by default.
