Project 1 — New residential block, Delea Veche, Sector 2

System: Reynaers ConceptSystem 77 | Total area: approx. 800 sqm | Completed: 2025

Delea Veche is one of the most intensely developed residential areas in Sector 2 — a district in rapid transformation, with young buyers and high expectations of the finishes.

What we delivered:

• Reynaers CS 77 tilt-and-turn windows throughout the apartments (double Low-E glazing 4+16+4 argon)
• Balcony doors with the Reynaers ConceptPatio lift-and-slide system
• Building entrance door in Reynaers CS 77 with access control and toughened glass
• Communal doors on the stairwell — Reynaers with thermal break

Colour: RAL 7016 matt anthracite outside, white inside

The technical challenge: a ground-plus-eight block, where the upper floor windows had to be lifted with a platform hoist. Full coordination with the general contractor for delivery in batches, floor by floor.

Project 2 — Office building, Floreasca–Barbu Văcărescu district

System: Alumil CW50 with Alumil Smartia S67 | Facade area: approx. 1,200 sqm | Completed: 2025

The Floreasca–Barbu Văcărescu district is the core of the class A office market in Bucharest. A project with BREEAM Very Good certification requirements.

What we delivered:

• Standard Alumil CW50 curtain wall on the main south and west elevations
• Reflective double Low-E glazing 6+16+6 for solar control (g = 0.27)
• Alumil Smartia S67 tilt-and-turn windows on the north and east elevations
• Main access doors — Alumil with RC2 anti-burglary hardware and integrated access control
• 80 mm Raffstore blinds integrated into the curtain wall cassette (south elevation)

Facade assembly Uw: 1.3 W/m²K — meeting BREEAM Very Good

Project 3 — Ventilated aluminium facade, mixed-use building, Sector 3

System: Alumil with ACM panels (Alucobond) | Area: approx. 600 sqm | Completed: 2024

Ventilated facades combine a load-bearing aluminium structure with an outer layer of ACM panels (aluminium composite), heat-treated timber or stone. The circulating air gap between the insulation and the cladding eliminates condensation and provides natural drainage.

What we delivered:

• Load-bearing structure in extruded Alumil aluminium profiles
• 15 cm basalt wool thermal insulation fixed to the metal structure
• Exterior cladding in 4 mm Alucobond panels with a brushed silver finish
• Infill joinery in Alumil Smartia S67 within the existing openings
• Perimeter flashing and corner cassettes in aluminium

The difference against conventional render: a ventilated facade eliminates thermal bridges, extends the life of the insulation and removes the “breathing building” effect — condensation no longer accumulates within the body of the wall.
