Delivered: Reynaers CS 77 tilt-and-turn windows for all apartments (double Low-E 4+16+4 argon), Reynaers ConceptPatio lift-and-slide balcony doors, block entrance door with access control. Colour: RAL 7016 anthracite exterior, white interior.
Project 2 — Office building, Floreasca–Barbu Văcărescu area
System: Alumil CW50 + Alumil Smartia S67 | Facade area: ~1,200 m² | Completed: 2025
Delivered: Alumil CW50 standard curtain wall on south and west facades, reflective Low-E double glazing 6+16+6 (g = 0.27), Alumil Smartia S67 windows on north and east facades. BREEAM Very Good Uw: 1.3 W/m²K.
Project 3 — Ventilated aluminium facade, mixed-use building, Sector 3
System: Alumil + ACM panels (Alucobond) | Area: ~600 m² | Completed: 2024
Delivered: Alumil extruded aluminium load-bearing structure, 15 cm basalt wool thermal insulation, Alucobond 4mm exterior cladding (brushed silver), Alumil Smartia S67 complementary joinery.
