The system with 6 insulation chambers at 76 mm construction depth, complemented by the MD middle gasket — additional sealing compared to versions without MD — achieves Uw = 0.73 W/m²K in standard configuration with Low-e double glazing, and Uw < 0.70 W/m²K with triple glazing and thermal break reinforcement. The FLEX design with straight profiles is perfectly integrated into contemporary architecture, maximising the glazed area and interior brightness. The 1.5 mm / 2.0 mm galvanized steel reinforcement ensures dimensional stability for large sashes.
